Thanksgiving Holiday Food Drive

With the Winter holidays fast approaching we find it appropriate to take part in an important lesson in sharing with those less fortunate than us. With this in mind, we will be holding our annual Thanksgiving Holiday Food Drive.

From Wednesday morning, November 7th until Tuesday morning, November 13th, we will be collecting non-perishable foods, such as canned, dry, bagged or boxed foods. In the past, we have received generous donations of baby supplies such as baby formula and diapers, as well. These are all everyday necessities that many people within the community would greatly appreciate, especially during the holiday season.

The children will be involved in this activity from decorating the collection boxes to helping deliver the donated items, which will be dropped off on that Friday before Thanksgiving. We hope this year’s food drive will be as successful as in past years.
